Craig's career spans senior roles at NAB, AXA Group, Rams Group, and Caterpillar Inc, giving him deep insight into both retail and commercial lending. He started Alliance Financial Group with a focus on residential lending before expanding into commercial and development finance.

As Director and CEO, Craig leads a team of experienced brokers who share his commitment to finding the right financial solution for every client, drawing on access to over 300 lenders across the market.

Teo Torrelli brings over 40 years of experience as a commercial mortgage broker, having assisted more than 3,500 clients throughout his distinguished career. His accounting background provides a unique analytical edge in structuring complex finance solutions.

A PLAN Australia Hall of Fame inductee, Teo is accredited with over 30 bank lenders and 20+ private lenders, giving his clients unparalleled access to funding options. He specialises in complex, commercial, and high-net-worth applications that require creative structuring.

Teo is also known for his generosity — he donates his income from every home loan settlement to The Salvation Army, combining professional excellence with a commitment to giving back to the community.

Michael is a dedicated commercial and development finance broker at Alliance Financial Group, helping clients navigate the complexities of commercial lending. Jacob transitioned into mortgage broking in 2021 after serving in the Australian Defence Force and Victoria Police. His background in service-oriented roles gives him a disciplined, client-first approach to helping Australians achieve their property goals.

As a first home buyer specialist, Jacob covers Melbourne's western suburbs — including Werribee, Tarneit, Point Cook, Footscray, and surrounding areas.
